I have been twice blessed with an offer by our own "Shambhala Ian" to receive a heart-based energetic healing by many people gathered together globally for this purpose, as facilitated weekly by Ian on onlinespiritualcommunity.net .
A regular on this particular site, I was
feeling quite devastated and questioning as to why I had created a
major physical health challenge, worried that this situation wouldn't
improve and that my whole life would be impacted. When Ian
learned of this, he good-heartedly invited me to participate to
receive a healing, and I felt a ray of hope, simply by his confident
and loving manner. I know the power of prayer, when many are gathered
together.
The meditation itself is a most beautiful
experience of opening and linking with the highest light of the
Creator / Godhead, letting it open and vibrate our energy centres,
linking it to the heart centre of Mother Earth, and letting a unifying
sphere of love form, and then taking that into the cosmos where the
Masters of Light can join in... the meditation is resplendent with the
feeling of the beauty of the crystals within Gaia, within ourself...
I accessed the written directions for the
meditation, and in the initial healing mid-May2004, I was pre-occupied
with "technique" and doing it properly, silly gal that I
sometimes am. I appreciated it, yet I didn't fully open up to
being "loved and cherished" - I was still in worry-mode>
For an hour though, I felt the warm, loving energy of Ian and his
beautiful voice that we have all come to cherish, as he guided many
attendees to a shared experience of the heart, and I relaxed and
trusted that all would be well on my healing journey.
About a month later, I showed up at the
scheduled time to participate in the weekly meditation and was invited
to again receive the healing energies of the Shambhala Masters within
the Golden Heart. This time, it was amazing as I opened up my
heart and let the healing flood me, as everyone poured their love into
my being. Four Ascended Masters stepped forth within the
Meditation, and others gave support to the healing energy of
those healers who were blazing the Shambhala love to the healees that
day. I was so moved, so touched, so deeply honored, as I
was reminded of Who I Am truely, beyond the human
identification. There was such reverence, such honoring of my
True Self / Spirit that I felt deeply healed within, even to shedding
tears of emotion, and knew that a circle of healers is there to remind
one that all healing is done by Oneself - there is no other, and
indeed, there is only One Being, and we are That One.
Sometimes, in my human journey, I have allowed myself to feel "alone"
and dis-empowered.. and a gathering of those to participate in THE
GOLDEN HEART is a powerful force for remembering the Truth - we
each are Spirit having a human experience, and when assembled together
with the intent to heal into remembrance... there the Master Healing
Energy of Love IS... profoundly given and received.
There was so much beauty, such true
compassion and embracing... that I AM healed by this shared experience,
and I AM forever grateful. To give and receive the love, is a
truely healing and tender kiss on the heart by a very loving man.

Each day I take the time to acknowledge that Other Part of Me as my
equal partner in everything that I do.
In doing so I continue to travel a very special journey of self

trust, of truth and of passion in the knowingness that my OPOM self and
